what are some excercises that give ur traps the thickness EDIT: added a photo thats a couple weeks ago 10 lbs lighter then what i am now curently bulking
Thick Traps Heavy deadlifts, heavy rack pulls and heavy shrugs will work. I normally start with just under my working set for deadlifts and keep reps around 8+ and I work my way up to just shy of my one rep max for deadlifts for low reps such as 3-6. Heavy weight seems to be the best way to get most peoples traps to grow.
