he was telling me at the beginning of the year how he was gonna step it up and start training more often. then i get a txt from him out the blue in feb saying hes cancelled his membership cuz hes got a busy month ahead

but surely better to lose him then at least you know now hes a quitter so you can move on get a good one?

yeh ur right. totally different levels of commitment BUT when he was about we counted on eachother. i put as much into getting him in shape as i did myself

plus he was my best mate outside the gym. anyway onwards n upwards
