      I am thinking some of the content/concepts might be getting improperly conveyed to us. But I am an optimist, and often wrong.

      I just re-read it and i guess it's not all that terrible. Your right, i'm going to give the benefit of the doubt and think due to the poor grammer skills, he wasn't conveying it to us the way he meant too.

      In the OP's main pic he's not 8% BF but looks more like 5-6% (look at the stomach veins) so I give him credit for that but he's taking it way too far.

      He's 5'9" 130 pounds with 11 inch arms. At 5'9" you don't set a goal of 130lbs as it's in the unhealthy range for his height. I know my weight is "too high" for longevity and optimal health.
      The "worlds fastest" marathon runners in the 5'9" height range are 20-25 pounds heavier then him. If anything 130lbs is reducing his athletic ability in every sport including long distance.

      yes i am 130 lbs

      yes i am motivated, always was not only on weight lose

      i posted this thread for people who want to change he's lifestyle not only drop weight for competitions

      never wanted to know your limits? how far you can go? i am not anorexic i eat normal about 3000 to 35000 calories i am just addicted to cardio training

      8 am : 1 hour jogging

      2 pm : 1 mile moderate swimming butterfly

      9 pm : 1 hour running that's all and sometimes aerobic exercises 30 min max
