      What do you have for breakfat?

      8 egg whites
      1 Tblspoon flaxseeds
      30g whey
      Pinch cinnamon
      Dash vanilla extract
      1/2 banana
      100g blueberries

      Mash banana chuck everything except blueberries into a shaker (pref one with metal ball) shake it up. Poor into hot pan too make 5/6 pancakes. Add blueberries while cooking.

      Cals -479 pro-68 carbs-24 fat-16

      I alternate this with bison meat balls and almonds.

      2 scoops protein powder
      100g oats
      30g mixed nuts
      Fresh berries
      Benecol yogurt
      2 slice wholemeal toast with sugar reduced jam
      Banana
      Black coffee

      Cal - 1220
      Pro - 71g
      Carb - 170g
      Fat - 31g

      6 pieces of bacon, 4 hole eggs, 60g cheese. I love the anabolic diet lol

      2 scoops with 250ml semi skimmed milk and a banana

      i never have enough time for anything else.

      dont have time for a proper breakfast as im out the door not long after im up for work so bang back a shake

      100g oats
      2 scoops protein blend
      1 scoop malto
      1 scoop dextrin

      comes in around 960 odd kcals to set me up till my first solid meal a few hours later
