Correct me if I'm mistaken (and there's a good chance i am because only half the stuff johnny writes makes sense to me lol), but I believe he was saying that he hadn't done anything illegal, but the police suspected him for some reason and were attempting to charge him (with no evidence), which annoyed johnny because it's a waste of his time. Then there was an argument about literacy and I lost interest
