      what is a good weight for dumbbell curls?

      I curl 40s for 8, 185 and 16 inch. 25 is weak for concentration of curls

      25 is very average for a beginner.

      I am not a beginner brah. I started with 15s like 2 years ago and worked my way up to 25s by now.
