dont come accross as a spastic and you wont get retarded answers, why wont you jab, post your stats, height/weight/length spent lifting/ do you squat bench deadlift, do you know what your goals are in terms of your diet, what protein/carbs/fats you eating a day etc, if you cant answer these then u dont deserve a legit answer

But using words like ''steds'' are always going to get you a bit of stick!

Dbol, as already suggested....

30-40mg ED(spilt the dose 3-4x daily) for 6 weeks

PCT is optional, personally wouldn't bother myself but do some reading of the stickies at the top of this section

Things like Nolva for gyno prevnetion need to be researched, just spend a fair bit of time reading and once you got to grips with the basics then come back and ask about things you're unsure of mate
