  • Why didn't I gain muscle on my last bulk? Just pretty much fat reps

      Busts ass in gym, compound lifts deadlift squat bench

      barely added weight to any of these

      caloric surplus, BUT it was pretty much mcdonalds and I just tracked protein, didn't care about carbs

      was the bolded part my problem? Haven't really gained much since noob gains tbqh

      probably due to poor training and diet

      I'm positive I was training right..has to be the diet.

      I don't live in NYC, just throwing off the detectives lol

      5'11'' 160 lbs 13% BF

      started off like probably 20-25 pounds smaller in LBM

      Lifting stats?

      My bench when I was bulking, I could work with 185 for 8 reps on a few sets

      I could squat 315, and leg press 8 plates

      deadlift 315

      Row about 155 lbs

      Wouldn't that have to do more with diet???? If i'm not getting stronger from working on the bench, what's the problem? I got slightly stronger, almost negligible to me
