Why would they say that?? I just find it hard because I'm always supportive of all my friends, with whatever they want to do. That's my personality... And it hasn't occurred to me that not all people are like that. Oh and the comments are from men. Which has, of course, made me feel worse! X x

One word jealousy, its up to you though to not let it get you down and and side track your training, ive known people to throw the towel in due to a few negative remarks I welcome haters, gives me more drive because lets face it, would you rather look like you do now or how you did before you walked into a gym? Let them have their moment because they are the unhappy ones and they know it
