Women's legs & training... what do you think? You do see some women at the gym on the treadmill for hours and their legs are our of sync with their bodies , it's the opposite with mist guys big torso and dangly legs lol

Women's legs & training... what do you think? No, my legs are disproportionately large but actually my proportions are all screwed up (thankfully I don't have a training log where I have to reveal all!) My thighs are now 22" but my calves are 17".
Women's legs & training... what do you think? i think bodybuiding is about ditching fat to a larger or lesser degree (stage/T shirt dependant) and buiding muscles..............all of them. Train everything and see what nature gave you rather than fuk things up even more by only training selective parts. It makes blokes look cnuts being all bi's and chest etc so i cant see it working for chicks
