Would Clen & ECA help with 30%BF? Eat carbs pre and post workout, never at any other time, worked for me. If your primary goal is to lose fat first and foremost, 2000-2300 is about right. The fact you're 18st at 30% bf means your carrying way too much fat, your lean body mass won't be that much whatsoever. By increasing protein instead you'll be eating more, so won't feel as hungry.
Would Clen & ECA help with 30%BF? I don't know much about these but did think clen was potentially pretty dangerous if you didn't know exactly what you were doing. And August is plenty of time to get into shape at 1-2lb a week just by diet and training. If you can't be strict enough to do it in that time surely you won't be sensible with clen. So 100% agree with c hill
