      i wouldn't sue.

      did u injure yourself while serving in kabul?

      i think in joining the army, you take certain risks.

      have they really thrown u out of the army for having a broken bone? i think thats more grounds for gross misconduct x x

      Gross misconduct? You mean unfair dismissal? You can't claim unfair dismissal against the army.

      Did you get any compensation for being medically discharged?

      If not, then I would look to sue because of negligence and loss of earnings.

      No, I keep hearing that you get it but no one knows anyone who has. They MD'd 6 or 7 guys out of my platoon alone, the armys stance nowadays is get injured and you're gone. Saves the cost of rehabbing you, so I guess paying compensation would make it just as eexpensive as rehab.
