Yeah Creatine mono is not really a post workout supplement. All that is important is that you take it fairly regularly, 5g at any time of the day is best.

What Spiderman said... On my non-workout days for example...I take my mono in the morning. As long as you get it in, you'll be good.
Yeah This is what I take exactly. I just dump it all in a cup and mix it with some gatorade powder: Citrulline malate: 4 grams L-tyrosine: 1.5 grams ALCAR: 1.5 grams Beta alanine: 4 grams Optional caffeine 200mg if you need an extra boost, otherwise it's stim-free. I also take creatine in the morning with breakfast. The initial investment is much larger than say a tub of White Flood, but once you have all the ingredients it will last you foreverrrr.
Yeah Okay so take creatine regularly like 2-3 times a day and eat bananas and whey protein like what Mike said for post workout?
