      Your thoughts on having fruit within a bodybuilding diet?

      But if ur goal is to lose fat then u need to worry about your overall calorie intake, u basically need consume less than u burn. Nothing else to it. For general health and digestion reasons, its best to eat balanced macros (pro/cho/fat). To feel fuller to make ur diet easier and to hold on to muscle, have a relatively high protein in your diet. Anything else just complicates matters, its simple really, the hard part is sticking to it.
